The BRILLIS SD21811 is a mid-size professional saute pan from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS, designed for preparing sauces, stewing, boiling and reheating food. With its larger capacity, it is well suited for medium and large portions in restaurants, cafes, bars and hotels, as well as kitchens at educational and healthcare institutions.
Made of food-grade stainless steel 0.8 mm thick, the saute pan offers strength, corrosion resistance and a long service life. A multilayer sandwich bottom distributes heat evenly and prevents scorching, while the drip-free pouring rim allows for convenient, splash-free liquid draining.
