The FoREST Resto Range 310241 is a high sauté pan with a 5 L capacity, supplied without a lid and made from 18/10 stainless steel for professional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, as well as cafés and restaurants. It is designed for boiling, braising, sautéing, and preparing sauces and side dishes.
A sandwich base of steel and aluminium, formed by triple high-temperature pressing, spreads heat evenly and keeps a stable temperature even over a low flame. Straight walls and a compact 240 mm diameter make the pan practical for everyday cooking, while the welded handle stays cool during use. The pan works on all hob types, including induction, and is dishwasher safe.
