The Lacor 51216 Chef-Classic conical sauce pot is a small 1-litre, 16 cm-diameter vessel for preparing sauces, dressings and portioned dishes in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
The conical shape narrows toward the bottom, making it convenient for stirring small quantities and fully scraping out the finished sauce. The pot is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, with a thermodiffusion bottom (18/10 stainless steel – aluminium – stainless steel) and 1 mm wall thickness.
