The FoREST 322065 is a 1.8-litre conical sauté pan from the Resto Range, built for daily use in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as cafés and restaurants. Its larger capacity compared with smaller models in the line suits sauces and creams for bigger batches.
The body is 18/10 stainless steel, and the triple high-temperature-pressed sandwich base (steel-aluminium-steel) spreads heat evenly across the surface. The conical shape, flaring gently towards the rim, increases the evaporation surface for reducing liquids, and the contents are easy to stir with a whisk or spatula. The handle is spot-soldered and stays cool during use.
