The FoREST Resto Range 302020 is a 6.2 L high stockpot supplied with a lid, made from 18/10 chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is built for professional foodservice kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, as well as cafés and restaurants that cook soups and broths in large volumes every day.
The tall shape (200 mm diameter and 200 mm height) suits soups, broths and light blanching well. The steel-aluminium sandwich base, formed by triple high-temperature pressing, holds heat for a long time, while the steel doesn't absorb odours and cleans easily. The handles are securely attached and stay cool during cooking. The stockpot works on all hob types, including induction, and is dishwasher safe.
