The One Chef double-sided cutting board 400×300×10 mm, white (art. 113052) is designed for food preparation in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other public institutions that prepare a large number of meals every day.
The board is made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), resistant to moisture, fats and frequent washing. In common color-coding practice for kitchen equipment, white is usually assigned to a specific food category (for example, dairy or bakery products), helping to keep different types of ingredients separated during preparation. The working surface is double-sided, and the board is 10 mm thick.
