The One Chef two-sided cutting board 600x400x13 mm, yellow (Art. 113041), is designed for foodservice kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with an established system for distributing utensils by food group. Under common practice, yellow boards are typically assigned to raw poultry, keeping it separate from other raw materials and ready-to-eat dishes.
The board is made of polyethylene, a material resistant to moisture, grease and regular washing. Both sides of the board are working surfaces, allowing more even wear and a longer service life.
