The FoREST Resto Line Grooved Cutting Board 460143 is a professional cutting board made in Spain by the FoREST brand, designed for catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and other food-service establishments that process large volumes of food every day.
The board is made of heat-resistant, food-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) — a material resistant to cracking and delamination that does not dull knives. The working surface is smooth and easy to clean thoroughly from food residue, while the groove around the edge collects excess liquid during cutting. The board has non-slip feet for a stable position on the work surface.
