The FoREST Resto Line Yellow Grooved Cutting Board 500×400×20 mm 460254 is a professional kitchen board from the FoREST brand for catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and other food-service establishments.
The board is made of heat-resistant food-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) from the Resto Line series — a material resistant to delamination and cracking that does not absorb odours or moisture and does not dull knives. A groove runs around the working surface to collect excess liquid while cutting, and the anti-slip feet keep the board stable on the worktop. The yellow colour follows HACCP colour-coding and is intended for handling raw poultry.
