The FoREST Basic Line Green Cutting Board 500×300×20 mm 423520 is a professional kitchen board from the FoREST brand for catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and other food-service establishments.
The board is made of heat-resistant food-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) from the Basic Line series — a material resistant to delamination and cracking that does not absorb odours or moisture and does not dull knives. The smooth working surface is easy to clean of food residue, and the anti-slip feet keep the board stable on the worktop.
