The ARCOS 690500 knife roll bag is a carrying case from the Spanish brand ARCOS for the safe transport and storage of professional knives in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants, as well as off-site catering events. It is designed to hold up to 12 knives of different types and sizes.
Made of 100% polyester, the bag features individual pockets for each knife, plus separate compartments for cards, pens and other tools. It can be carried by its hand handle or slung over the shoulder on its strap; the layout keeps blades from touching each other once the bag is rolled up.
