Arcos Bamboo Knife Block

The Arcos 793800 bamboo knife block is designed for the orderly storage of a set of kitchen knives at a cook's workstation in a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen. The design features a removable insert, allowing the inside of the block to be regularly cleaned of small food particles and dust.

Bamboo is a dense, mechanically durable natural material traditionally used for kitchen items that come into contact with knives and other cutting tools. The block's understated design blends well into the interior of both home and professional kitchens while providing practical storage for sharp items, kept separate from other utensils and equipment.

Features

• Made of bamboo — a dense and durable natural material.
• Fitted with a removable insert for easy cleaning.
• Designed to hold a set of kitchen knives.

• Prevents blade wear during storage thanks to secure slot placement.

Specifications

Storing knives in a dedicated block follows general recommendations for organising kitchen equipment: blades are secured in individual slots and do not touch each other, while the wooden body absorbs excess moisture from the blade surface after washing. The block's insert should be removed periodically to clear out small debris and dust.
