The ARCOS Sharpening Steel 279200 is a diamond-coated tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for the regular maintenance of kitchen knives in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The oval, diamond-coated rod is used to realign and maintain the edge of a blade between full sharpenings.
The working rod is made of diamond-coated steel with an oval profile, and the handle is made of polypropylene (PP). Supplied in packs of 3 units.
