The ARCOS 279400 Diamond Sharpening Steel is a Spanish-made tool for daily sharpening and honing of knife blades in institutional kitchens: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. Its round 230 mm rod quickly restores a working edge without removing excess metal.
The rod is made of high-carbon steel with an additional diamond coating, extending the steel's service life and making sharpening easier. The black polypropylene (PP) handle offers a secure, comfortable grip, and a metal ring at the end lets you hang the steel for storage.
