The ARCOS Maitre Paring Knife 150200 is a compact tool from the Spanish brand's Maitre line for peeling, cutting and trimming fruit, vegetables and root vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its small size and ergonomic shape suit extended hand-held use.
The blade is forged in Albacete, Spain, from NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary formula that adds strength and durability. The polypropylene handle resists heat and chemicals and is fastened with corrosion-resistant rivets that keep the blade securely in place.
