The ARCOS Niza Black Paring Knife 135000 is a compact tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for peeling and cutting vegetables and fruit in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The small blade allows precise, controlled movement for peeling and decorative garnishing.
The drop-point blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary nitrogen-treated material valued for its corrosion resistance, hardness and durability. The polypropylene handle is attached to the tang by direct injection, forming a permanent, gap-free joint.
