The ARCOS Riviera Paring Knife 230200 is a forged knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for peeling, cutting and preparing fruit, vegetables and root vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel — a solid, one-piece construction with no welded joints. The black handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), treated with the Bactiproof Silver antibacterial system and fastened with stainless rivets around a rounded French-style bolster.
