The ARCOS Peeler Knife 181300 is a compact, lightweight kitchen knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cutting, peeling and cleaning fruit, vegetables and root vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its small size and light weight make it a handy tool for everyday kitchen tasks.
