The ARCOS Universal Curved Paring Knife 280004 is a compact prep tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for everyday food preparation in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, cafés and restaurants. The small curved blade is well suited to peeling, decorative cuts and handling small fruits, vegetables and root vegetables.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, and the black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is secured with three stainless-steel rivets. The handle features the Bactiproof Silver System and resists chemicals and extreme temperatures — an important property for washing and disinfection in a professional kitchen.
