The ARCOS Riviera Blanc 233024 fillet knife is designed by the Spanish brand ARCOS for precise filleting of fish and meat. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as fish-processing units and restaurant or cafe kitchens that handle fish and meat every day.
