The ARCOS 2900 Sole Knife Yellow 293100 is a specialised tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for separating bones from fish and meat in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The thin, semi-flexible blade with a needle point traces the bone contour precisely without damaging the flesh.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, joined to the handle with Bactiproof Silver® direct-injection technology that enhances the knife's cutting performance and durability. The knife belongs to the ARCOS range designed for use on cooked, prepared products.
