The slim blade lets you separate the fillet from bone and skin cleanly, with minimal product loss.
The blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material. Its slender, striking silhouette pairs with an elegant French-style bolster and an ergonomic black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle, secured with stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
