The ARCOS Maitre Bread Knife 151400 is a working tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing bread and pastries in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The long serrated blade cuts through crust cleanly without crushing the crumb.
The stamped blade is made of Arcos' proprietary NITRUM® stainless steel, giving it high strength for intensive daily use. The rounded, lightweight polypropylene handle is comfortable to hold during extended slicing, and the stainless steel rivets resist corrosion.
