The ARCOS Menorca Bread Knife 145700 is a serrated-blade tool for the daily cutting of bread and pastries in institutional catering: school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material that delivers consistent cutting performance under heavy daily use. The polypropylene (PP) handle forms a single injection-moulded block with the blade — lightweight, comfortable to grip, and resistant to chemicals and high temperatures.
