The ARCOS Riviera Bread Knife 231300 is a bakery tool from the Spanish manufacturer ARCOS for cutting bread, buns and pastries in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. The wavy edge cuts through the crust cleanly without crushing the crumb.
The 200 mm blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material; the knife is forged in one piece, so the blade and tang form a single part with no weak joints. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle carries the Bactiproof Silver antibacterial treatment and has a rounded ergonomic profile with a guard that protects the fingers while cutting.
