The ARCOS Riviera Blanc Bread Knife 231324 is a white-handled version of the popular Riviera series from the Spanish manufacturer ARCOS, made for slicing bread and pastries in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. The wavy edge effortlessly breaks through a dense crust while keeping the crumb intact.
The 200 mm blade is forged from stainless steel with a solid, one-piece construction and no separate joints. The white polyoxymethylene (POM) handle features the Bactiproof Silver system, which reduces the presence of germs on the surface by 99.9%, and has a rounded ferrule for extra safety.
