The ARCOS Universal 282204 Bread Knife is a tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing bread in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its wavy edge cuts through the crust easily without crushing the crumb, keeping the loaf's shape intact while slicing.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle features straight, elegant lines and an antibacterial system that prevents bacteria from spreading on the surface.
