The ARCOS Colour Pro Butcher Knife 240700 is a professional Spanish-made knife for cutting and processing meat in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, restaurants and meat-processing areas. The ergonomic, non-slip handle and smooth 350 mm blade deliver an accurate, precise cut.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, tempered to prevent blade deformation during heavy use. The handle has a hard polypropylene core with a grey elastomer coating for strength and a comfortable grip, while the colour-coded handle plug lets staff mark the knife's intended food category and avoid cross-contamination.
