The ARCOS 2900 Slicing Knife 293422 is a long, flexible knife for thin slicing of ham, cold cuts and cold meat snacks in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The straight, long and flexible blade produces even, thin slices.
