The ARCOS 2900 Slicing Knife 293425 is a Spanish-made tool for thin slicing and serving cold cuts, ham and cured meats in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, restaurants, cafés and meat processing rooms.
The long, thin and flexible blade with a smooth edge slices even, thin portions without tearing the meat fibres. The blade is made of Nitrum® stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and wear; the injection-moulded polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade.
