The ARCOS 2900 Slicing Knife 293825 is a professional knife from ARCOS, a pioneer in Spanish kitchenware manufacturing, made for slicing ham, cold cuts and large meat pieces in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, restaurants and meat processing rooms.
The long, thin, flexible blade with a smooth edge is built for handling large pieces of meat and ham. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, and the black polypropylene (PP) handle is permanently joined to the blade.
