The ARCOS 2900 series slicing knife 293400 is a narrowly specialised tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS, designed for cutting and serving very thin slices of cold meat and ham. It is useful for school and kindergarten kitchens, hospital catering, restaurants and cafes that serve cold cuts and appetisers.
The long, 300 mm flexible blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, allowing the product to be cut into the thinnest, most even slices. The injected polypropylene (PP) handle is permanently joined to the blade through a direct-injection process and is shock and heat resistant.
