The ARCOS 2900 Slicing Knife 293500 is a flexible Spanish-made knife for thin slicing and serving ham and other cooked cold cuts in institutional kitchens: school and kindergarten canteens, hospitals, restaurants and catering units.
The long, flexible blade with a smooth edge and yellow handle is intended for slicing cooked and cold meat products — the manufacturer offers a range of handle colours depending on the knife's intended use, supporting hygienic colour-coding in the kitchen. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, and the handle is injection-moulded polypropylene.
