The ARCOS 2900 Slicing Knife 293800 is a long, flexible Spanish-made knife for precise slicing of ham, cold cuts and large meat pieces in institutional kitchens: school and kindergarten catering units, hospitals, restaurants and meat processing rooms.
ARCOS has been making kitchen tools since 1734, combining quality materials with innovative technology. The long, thin, flexible blade with a smooth edge is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, resistant to wear and corrosion, with efficient cutting performance. The ergonomic injection-moulded polypropylene handle withstands temperatures of 120–130 °C.
