The ARCOS Colour Pro 242600 Flexible Slicing Knife is a Spanish-made tool designed for precise slicing of ham and other cured meats in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The thin, flexible blade produces even, clean slices without tearing the meat fibres.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its hardness and long service life. The handle has a polypropylene core with a grey-and-black rubber/elastomer sheath, giving an ergonomic, non-slip grip even in a wet kitchen environment.
