The ARCOS Niza Ham Slicing Knife 135600 is a Spanish-made tool for cleanly slicing ham and other large cuts of meat into even portions: ideal for institutional kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as meat-prep stations in cafés and restaurants. The long, thin, flexible blade produces thin, even slices with minimal effort.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary formula that gives the blade notable hardness, a more powerful cut and a longer-lasting edge. The polypropylene (PP) handle is light, hygienic, resistant to impact, chemicals and high temperatures, with an ergonomic shape that adapts to the hand.
