The ARCOS Universal Flexible Ham Slicing Knife 280 mm 281904 is a specialised tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. It is designed for removing fat and skin from Iberian ham and slicing meat into thin, even slices.
The long, thin, flexible blade with a smooth edge glides smoothly when cutting. It is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, which provides greater durability and resistance to high temperatures. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is resistant to chemical products, and the blade surface is protected by the Bactiproof Silver system.
