The ARCOS Universal Serrated Pastry Knife 284304 is designed for neatly cutting sponge cakes, layer cakes and delicate pastries without crumbling — a practical tool for pastry shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
The thin, semi-flexible blade with a saw-tooth (serrated) edge glides through soft cake layers and fragile pastry without deforming them. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material combining strength and durability.
