The ARCOS Natura Ham Slicing Knife 155610 is a professional knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, designed for slicing jamón, cured meats and delicatessen products in catering venues: restaurants, cafés, meat-cutting rooms and institutional kitchens. The flexible blade with Granton-style hollows lets you cut thin, near-transparent slices without tearing.
The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material combining hardness and long-lasting sharpness. The handle is made of natural rosewood, giving the knife a classic look and a comfortable grip.
