ARCOS Riviera Blanc Ham Slicing Knife White 231024

The ARCOS Riviera Blanc Slicing Knife 231024 is a forged Spanish-made knife designed for precise slicing of ham and large cuts of meat in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, restaurants and cafés. The 250 mm flexible blade produces thin, even slices.

The blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel — Arcos' proprietary material — with a smooth, alveolated edge that keeps food from sticking to the blade during slicing. The long, slim white polyoxymethylene (POM) handle pairs with a rounded ferrule for a secure, confident grip and added protection against accidental cuts.
