The ARCOS Universal 240 mm Flexible Slicing Knife 281801 is a long, flexible knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing ham and other large pieces of meat. It suits catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafés and restaurants that regularly slice large cuts.
The flexible 240 mm blade with a smooth granton edge is made of NITRUM® stainless steel — the grantons reduce food sticking to the blade while slicing. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is treated with the Bactiproof Silver system, and the rivets are made of stainless steel.
