The ARCOS Universal 280 mm Flexible Granton Slicing Knife 281901 is a long, flexible knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing ham and other large pieces of meat. It suits catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafés and restaurants that regularly work with whole cuts.
The long, thin, flexible 280 mm blade glides easily over the piece being cut, and the smooth edge with Granton pockets keeps food from sticking to the blade. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, the black handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), and the fittings use stainless steel rivets. Suitable for both home and professional kitchens.
