ARCOS Manhattan Black Ham Slicing Knife 161900

The ARCOS Manhattan Ham Slicing Knife 161900 is a professional knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing ham and various cuts of meat in catering venues: restaurants, cafés, meat-cutting rooms and institutional kitchens. The flexible blade with a smooth edge delivers an even, precise cut.

The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel as one solid piece, which eliminates points of corrosion or breakage. A rounded upper edge of the blade prevents friction against the hand while cutting. The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), a material resistant to high temperatures and chemicals, joined to the blade with three stainless-steel rivets in a tongue-and-groove design.
