The ARCOS Manhattan 161100 vegetable knife is a forged Spanish-made knife for peeling, trimming and cutting small fruit and vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its small, sturdy blade allows for precise, controlled work.
The blade is forged as a single solid piece, with no welded joints, from NITRUM® stainless steel. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle with a half bolster is secured with stainless-steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
