The ARCOS Menorca Vegetable Knife 145200 is a compact kitchen knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS' Menorca line, made for institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its small, sturdy blade is built for peeling, cutting and prepping small fruit and vegetables.
The 100 mm blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material designed for heavy daily use and excellent cutting performance. The polypropylene handle is extraordinarily lightweight, ergonomic and highly adhesive for a comfortable grip.
