The ARCOS Natura Vegetable Knife 155110 is a forged knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for peeling, cutting and preparing vegetables, fruits and small tubers in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The Natura series pairs a classic look with the reliability of a forged blade.
The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material, with nitrogen forging that boosts hardness and durability. The edge is smooth, the spine straight and the tip turned upward. The handle is made of rosewood — a hardwood with dark grain — fitted to a full tang and secured with anti-corrosive stainless rivets.
