The ARCOS Niza Vegetable Knife 135200 is a compact tool for peeling, cutting and prepping small fruit and vegetables in school, kindergarten and hospital catering, as well as cafés and restaurants. The small, strong blade is ideal for precise work with smaller produce.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material combining high strength with a long service life even under daily intensive use. The polypropylene (PP) handle is lightweight, hygienic, and resistant to impact, chemicals and high temperatures.
