The ARCOS 2900 Skinning Knife 295422 with a red handle is made for raw meat work when butchering carcasses in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafés, restaurants and catering businesses. The model is built for prolonged daily use by professionals.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance, with a blade shape suited to separating meat and skin from the bone. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
