The ARCOS 2900 Skinning Knife 295325 is a specialised butcher's tool for quickly and cleanly skinning a carcass at meat-processing stations, primary-processing rooms and prep areas of catering businesses and public-sector kitchens. The smooth, powerful edge lets the blade move confidently along the hide without damaging the carcass.
The blade is made of Arcos' proprietary NITRUM® steel, valued for its durability and cutting performance. The polypropylene handle is extremely hardwearing, hygienic and comfortable to hold, with an ergonomic shape for extended use; it is joined to the blade by direct injection for a permanent, stable and secure bond.
