The ARCOS 2900 Skinning Knife 295323 is a specialised tool for precise skinning and trimming work in institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering, café and restaurant meat prep. Its compact blade is comfortable to use for long, continuous sessions.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary high-strength material. The blue injected polypropylene handle is non-slip and shock-resistant, rated to 120–130 °C, and permanently bonded to the blade by direct injection.
